1. Services Provided

Copiague Towing Service provides towing and roadside assistance services including, but not limited to, emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, car lockout service, jump start service, battery replacement, accident recovery, flat tire change, motorcycle towing, long distance towing, winch out service, and heavy duty towing. Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

2. Service Requests and Acceptance

When you contact us to request a service, we will provide you with an estimated price and arrival time. By confirming the service request, you agree to pay the quoted or final price for the services rendered. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that are unsafe, outside our service area, or that violate these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and current conditions. We provide a quote before beginning any service. Final charges may vary from estimates in circumstances such as additional complications discovered on arrival. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as disclosed at the time of service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of your situation when requesting service. You are responsible for ensuring that you are the vehicle owner or have authorization to request service on the vehicle. You agree to remain in a safe location while waiting for service and to follow the guidance of our operators on-site.

5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Copiague Towing Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle. Our operators perform a visual inspection before loading your vehicle and will note any visible damage. If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must report it to us before the driver leaves the drop-off location. Claims reported after the driver departs may not be accepted. We carry full liability insurance, and legitimate damage claims will be handled through our insurance carrier.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched to your location, a trip fee may apply to cover the cost of deployment. The amount of any cancellation fee will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Copiague Towing Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of use of your vehicle, lost income, or any personal injury not directly caused by our operators. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Copiague Towing Service, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us directly first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. You agree to bring any legal action in the courts of Suffolk County, New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
